Customer Service Representative

We are seeking one (1) Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative for FMTC, you will answer phone calls, emails, and assist with walk-in traffic from customers. You will also assist with billing processes, service orders, trouble tickets, accounts receivable, and scheduling tasks.
